All new acquisitions to the armed services, officer or enlisted, go to some type of "bootcamp". Add an RN license to your credentials and you can probably join the Army Nurse Corps (if you meet all other requirements). Your LVN license should be able to help you get advanced rank and a position in the enlisted medical ranks depending upon the current policies. But there needs to be openings. If there are no needs for this occupational specialty, you will not be offered a position doing this type of work. You should seek advice from a healthcare recruiter. You can talk to one without incurring obligation.
Are you a U.S. educated nurse or an IEN who's BSN credentials from overseas, such as the Philippines, who elected to challenge the NCLEX-PN and obtained a CA LVN? If so you won't be eligible as you did not graduate from an US accredited BSN program and do not have an active U.S. RN license. Are you a U.S. Citizen?
Your question regarding cell phone use seems out of context.

I have my LVN license and BSN degree. What job can I get if I join the army? Do I need to go a "boot camp"? And during the training course (10 weeks I guess)is it allowed to use cellphones? Thanks
