I've been reading through old threads about Lucile Packard's New Grad RN Nurse Residency program but couldn't find any info or threads about 2015. The application period just closed, who else applied? What unit are you interested in working? Any past cohorts of the LPCH new grad program willing to share their experiences? Anyone have any info about the program that they can share?

And from what I've read, after panel interviews you may get called back for unit interviews, and then job offers are made.

Has anyone received an email or call for their specific panel interview date? I haven't heard anything since we all filled out the survey for our date preferences over a week ago..

Nope. And I've been checking everyday! If I don't hear anything by the end of this week probably will email on Monday ... I'm living in Oregon right now so have to plan!

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if any of you got any correspondence after confirming for interviews. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get any info afterwards and its driving me nuts. Did all call or email for confirmation?

I got a call. I forgot to email back and the recruiter called me to make sure I could still make it.

do you know if the panel interview structure is similar to stanfords new grad program? All clinical/behavioral examples and timed 2 minutes for answers?

That's what the email said. 2 min answers and only answers from clinical or healthcare related work.

Does anyone know how many people got called back for panel interviews?

I don't know... But I've read the previous years threads and it seems like they interview 70-75 people at this stage for around 15 spots. Plus you don't know how many people you're competing against for the three units you chose!
