Low applications for El Centro Fall 09'

Hello,

I've been hearing that El Centro's RN program for the Fall 09' semester is having a low turnout of applications. I'm not sure if this information is factual or rumors, but just wondering if any of you have heard anything about that and if so, do you know what the cause is?

Today I was talking to my ap II professor, telling her how nervous I am about waiting for the letter. She asked what my pre requ gpa is and told me I should have no problem getting in. So I dont know if she actually knows what the gpa cut off is, or if she was just assuming. Probably she just wanted to be supportive and help me feel better. I appreciate that. Well, not too much longer and I will know for sure.

Well I know it is in gods hands but I am still nervous. Next week can't get here fast enough!! I hope we all get in to at least one of our choices.

i hope so too....try do somethings that u love that wld make u not think bout it and then u just let it hit u like a surprise......... dont think too much about it......

I am trying to do just that, stay busy and not let it bother me. But Cannot get it off my mind. I went over to the paramount building yesterday and just reaffirmed that letters go out apr 15th. Person in office said yes, they go out next wednesday. I guess I will spend my time studying for apII test.

Is anyone else camping by there mailbox right now. I think I need to take something before I have a heart attack. I hope everyone posts as soon as they hear something.:uhoh3:

I have not received a letter yet, but I am nervous waiting for it. I hope I can get it tomorrow. I would like if somebody receive it today can post it to know what was the GPA. Good luck to everybody

Wow I am glad to hear that I thought I was the only one who got their mail and no letter. Maybe because yesterday was the last day for taxes it has slowed the post office down.

No letter for me yet, either. I'm sure it will come tomorrow. I hope everyone posts their results so we can cheer each other on! One more day folks...stay positive and keep the FAITH!
