I missed the part where Pinole specified drug screening needing appointments.. I just checked to try and schedule an appointment again, and someone cancelled for June 27! Keep checking for availability, because sometimes people cancel their appointments.

I checked for appointment availability again and was able to get one for Friday! Keep checking for availability, as a spot may open up due to cancellation.

100% agreed. After they made us wait until June for conditional acceptance, then give us a week to register for a timeframe when there are no available appointments before the expiration date 😭

 

I'm just gonna walk into Napa and hope they'll take me in as a walk-in

I spoke to someone on the phone for the Pinole location and they confirmed that Walk ins are welcomed but there's no determining factor on the wait time. Honestly, its a pain but I am going to go first thing in the morning Monday and just wait.

Just an FYI I ran into while getting my boosters and TB tests done. If you have to get a booster for varicella or MMR you cannot get a TB test done for 28 days after. The nurse at the vaccine clinic told me you will get a false positive reading 🤷‍♀️ I had no clue. I called the nursing department and was told they now will accept negative TB blood tests and she is going to send out an email and there is a spot now to add that into complio. I just thought I'd share in case someone else ran into the same thing!

OMG! I would've opted for the TB blood test instead if I knew that was an option. It thought it was weird that they weren't offering the blood test for TB..good to know!

Hi, where did everyone get their Color vision and Hearing exam? I did my whole physical with my PCP but they didn't have those 2 exams so they left it blank.

I went to Pinole this morning before 7am and got right in to get my urine test with no appointment.

btw- costco has free hearing tests for anyone who's pcp won't do one. I ran into that with kaiser. The brentwood location has next day appointments available
