I reviewed the nursing program clinical compliance requirements and it does state that if we need additional vaccines we are given a temporary compliance for one month. So I asked if that temporary compliance applies for registration and continue forward with classes, which I interpreted it that way. Or if it the temporary compliance was more like keeping my position on the conditional acceptance list. But then I got her away message, so I'm looking at re-testing. My doctor won't order the titer until Aug 10th so I'm going to pay for it myself. And pray I get a positive result.

I believe the temporary compliance does apply to registration and continues forward with classes. I know of someone (currently in a nursing program) who had temporary compliance for extra vaccinations. I think LMC wants confirmation on our plans for receiving the next doses/updated titers before granting us permission to register. At least that is how I interpreted the email that was sent out on the 24th.

I was told over the phone by a Kaiser nurse that at least 2 doses of Hepatitis B is needed before retesting for immunity. Some may require a 3rd dose if the titer comes back negative after.

I called [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME] on Tuesday and told her about my measles results, informed her I got the vaccine, and told her my doctor only recommended me to get a booster since my previous MMR vaccine was in 2015. I also told her I had a plan for retesting in one month per doctors orders. Even with all that I still got an email stating I wouldn't be able to register until I was fully compliant. I checked on complio to see if I was red in any category but I'm fully green across the board. So I'm confused as to why I'm barred from registration until I'm fully compliant.

This is the email I got.

when did you receive this email? I'm fully compliant, but I have not heard anything back yet.

also, I was able to retake my titer for chickenpox four weeks after my booster and it came back positive

I see. The email I received asked me to address the plans for the next doses and or titers. I currently have a doctor's plan for 2nd doses before retesting.

I am also fully green on Complio.

@MamaW

I got that email on Thursday afternoon.

Fyi: I went ahead and got bloodwork to test for titers for MMR and Hep B and both came back positive with just one booster shot each. I was nervous I wasn't going to get to register for classes but now that im positive I am totally compliant with complio. Has anyone registered for classes yet?

@Shelley111 I did the same and now I'm green on everything. 🙌

I talked to [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME] last week and she told me she will tell admissions to open up registration for the nursing program on the 1st.

 Hey everyone, has anyone in the program registered for classes yet? I got told to email when I'm fully compliant still waiting for a reply back to register. Just wondering if you guys are getting the same? Maybe we will get  an email on Monday?

I just got an email about registration. But it said I had to wait until admissions grants me permission.
