Hi there,

Has anyone applied to LAC School of Nursing for Fall 2019? I thought I would get this post going so we can stay informed and help each other through this waiting process! What are your points that you calculated?

It was more than two sessions. I wonder if they were both for the RN

Yes it was. They broke them up. They select 50 students for class & 20 alternates.

Another student told me it was 2 in the morning & 2 in afternoon but I’m not 100% sure. They were small groups. Mine was only 16 people.

I think it was a group per hour. My interview was at 9am. There was a group before me at 8am. And when I left there was a group waiting to go in at 10am. So I am assuming from the hours of 8am to about 3pm there was a group of 16-23 applicants per hour "interviewing".

They most likely just interviewed everyone who got their transcripts in on time & qualified because that is over 100 people. It gives everyone a chance to gain 5 extra points. Hopefully I make the cut off. I had between 80-82 before the interview. ?

Yeah I hope I made it too! I was excited until I saw all those applicants and then figured out they were interviewing each hour! I had about the same amount of points as you!

Hey guys...the amount of interviewees today was so humbling. I am in the same point category as you guys...

I’m at about 83/84 points before the interview. What about everybody else?

It would be nice to get a take on where we somewhat stand.

81 points. I was not expecting so many people and I do not think we will know where we stand until we get that letter on May 15.
