Lonestar nursing applicants for spring 2016

Hi guys! I will be applying for lonestar cyfair and a few others in the spring of 2016. I was wondering if anyone had started studying for the hesi and also what grades have they gotten so far in their classes!

I think more people will be on when the application opens and everyone is done taking classes and tests. I accepted your friend request as well!:)

Hello I'm taking the Hesi in August I am applying for LVN and RN for 2016 I have all my pre recs done from my other degree. i just have to re-take 1 of my A&P courses over. Im not from this area but i know some 1 in the RN program now and she said that the RN program is better than the LVN so far. I'm studying now but not worrying about what i score verse what somebody else score because what God has 4 me is whats 4 me. I will get in without a doubt so have faith and put God 1st. I am soooo ready for apps to be open tomorrow! Sucks we have to wait till September to find out though :( I say let's definetly keep up on here. It's nice to know other people in your same position. Am I the only Kingwood applicant?

Oh and I have my study guide plus a book on secrets about the HESI if anyone wants it I can sell both books at a reduced price. They were like 90.00 at B and N

hi guys! I think i will be applying tomorrow with a score of 7.4 -- Do you think i should retake my HESI to try and bump it up? or Do you think my score is good enough? I don't want to retake it and do worse ... even not pass a section and miss the application period and have to wait until next semester. What do you guys think? I'm stressing out. thank you (: and good luck everyone!

Youre score is pretty competitive! I would keep it, but if you feel like you want it to be higher then you should.

I would be happy with the 7.4. I am at a 6.98 and I'm having the same dilemma. Do I retake the hesi or not. I'm afraid to score lower or fail a section and miss the app period. They will only take your most recent score. I at least want to apply with a 7 or higher hoping to increase the chances of getting in. Any comments?

Do ya'll think the odds are better of being accepted now that only 2 schools are open for the application period?

Is anyone here applying for Montgomery for fall of 2016? If so, do you happen to know what scores I would need in order to be considered? I'm new here so sorry if I missed anything. :)
