I was just about to send her an email asking the same thing. I am constantly checking for email saying we've been registered.
Did you also get the email about documents on certified profile? I first thought it was meant for me alone, but I think it is just a general one that was sent to everybody.

I got the certified profile email also. All of my stuff is completed except the influenza like she said. Have y'all gotten your books for 1105 yet? (The summer 4 day class).

I, too, have all my documents, but the influenza vaccine, uploaded. This was done before the due date. I have been a PCA since the sophomore year of my bachelor's degree. I have almost 5 years experience. I chose not to take the course. It's a way for me to save almost 400 bucks.

Yea I'm really excited, that's the time slot I wanted also. And yes, we can wear any color of scrubs to lab. Did you get a rubella titer yet? I still have to do that.[/quote']
Yeah I got titers for everything so I am good to go. Of course have to get the flu shot when the time comes.

Yes, i got my books on Amazon! I actually just got them in the mail, one of my books was advertised "like new" and i opened it and its WAY used, the cover is starting to come off..i just ordered another one new so hopefully it comes in time! If not, obviously ill used the damaged one. It was only 65 bucks if someone wants it. It is functional just will drive me nuts..if not i will be returning. It's Fundamentals of Nursing, Taylor- Hard cover BIG BOOK!

Yes, i got my books on Amazon! The same thing happened to me. I clearly ordered new and I got used books that were in "acceptable" condition. The big book was missing the DVD and was ripped. I called their customer service and they acknowledged that the problem existed on their end and returned my money, but I won't use that website again. Deceptive, since it happened with 3 different sellers.

Anyway guys, for those of you taking 1105, it opened up yesterday afternoon on Angel.

I just found this thread. Congratulations to all of you who will be embarking on your first year of nursing school. I am getting ready to enter my second year, along with Stephalump. I think she will agree with me when I say that you are going to find it to be a wild ride, so hang on for dear life! :eek:

You don't need a bp cuff. Those will be provided in lab or at the hospital.

for those of you that went to the north harris jul 29 rnsg1105 what did you guys do in lab today????? I wasn't able to go today I feel sooo bad but please let me know if I need to know anything so I can catch up. thanks!
