Lone Star Tomball, LVN 2012 Hopefuls

Published

Anyone out there applying to Lone Star Tomball LVN program? Any advice from past or present students?

I will be applying in late August/1st week of September and would love to chat with other hopefuls. :)

I just checked the mail and again NOTHING! I really hope that it was a joke about having them returned by friday Oct. 21.

why would one person get a letter and no one else? This is making no sense at all.

Well we do all live in different places, but I really hope that they don't expect us to drive the letter to the school and turn it in by Friday. I don't want to loss my spot because of not getting/returing it in enough time.

I get that maybe everyone who applied may not be on these forums, but shouldnt at least one more of us have got a letter by now?

Well two of them did, and apparently the letter was postmarked on Oct. 13th. I live around Cleveland, Tx so i'm not close by any means. Now I have to consider not going to Tomball because I can't risk my education being ran the same way. This is so disturbing to me.

Oh ok. I thought Mittens was only one so far. Guess I missed someone >.

I think they will be fine once they get moved over to the other building.

Nothing today. :bluecry1: :banghead:

anonkah- I sure hope your right. I was not aware of any transition for the nursing department. I will be sending them an email and seeing if they are going to extend the return date.

What was everyone's score (to those who haven't received a letter yet)?

I'm starting to get nervous now. I don't understand why it's taking so long to receive anything from them.

To be completely honest, Idk. lol I need to look up my score for the hesi, but I had a 3.5 for the biology... its somewhere around 6.8-7.0. I think.
