Lone Star Tomball, LVN 2012 Hopefuls

Anyone out there applying to Lone Star Tomball LVN program? Any advice from past or present students?

I will be applying in late August/1st week of September and would love to chat with other hopefuls. :)

Still nothing in the mail yet, I have a 6.9 so I'm not sure what my chances really are, but I'm crossing my fingers for Monday! X

@Alexandria My fingers are crossed too, for the both of us. Let there be a letter in both our mail boxes on Monday saying we have been accepted!!!

The anticipation is killing me, lol.

I didn't get accepted into Cy-fair's ADN program so this is my last hope for this spring. I live out in Cypress right next door to Cy-Fair college though, hope the drive's not too bad to Tomball.

@Alexandria Tomball is my plan b. I am hoping it is a for sure answer instead of a prolonged wait and see if someone drops out or doesn't meet a deadline or changes their mine etc. etc. etc.

I found a way to cut over to Tomball from 290 and Barker-Cypress. The drive was great and did not take very long at all. I live off the Beltway almost smack-dab center between I-10 and 290. The trip to Cy-fair takes me 28 min. but the drive to Tomball takes me 23 mins. The ride to Tomball is all highway, and I love that the area surrounding the campus is kinda country like.

@kalisefer Yeah I live off Barker-Cypress so I just took that up to 290 and then I think Telge the rest of the way. I love the scenery :) I only drove up there once though, didn't take that long but of course it wasn't during traffic hours so idk.

Anyways, hope we get in! I'll cross my toes too!

Hey did anyone who did not receive their letter on Saturday receive one today??? My mail runs really late, I won't get anything until after 6pm. Post it if you get it plz.........

Oh, and I live in Katy...the drive is beautiful from here to 2920. I love the area, especially this time of year!
