Lone Star Spring 2011

Okay, for all of us that did not get into the Lone Star Fall 2010 program and are trying again for the Spring...here we go again.

I'm retaking AP2 this summer (I have a B so now I want an A) to increase my points. After that I just don't know what else to do because I have all co-reqs completed, CPR done and Immunizations done. What are your plans to increase your chances of getting in for the Spring?

way of getting in! have faith. i know it may seem easy for me to say this, but i am praying for your space to come available and you better be ready! :)

thank you for praying for me, i need all the prayers i can get right now. i'll be bummed for awhile but i will keep on perservering with my education and hopeful that they will accept me still for the spring program. my brother lilgto got accepted to kingwood and gave me a hug this morning. we were supposed to do the program together. who knows maybe there is still a chance......

Hang in there tammyw31, we're both in the same boat and I have faith that we are both going to get that call.:) And all of this will be behind us as we begin a new journey. Keep the faith.

I got accepted as an alternate. 11.57. I'm bummed out. I sure hope I will get accepted for the spring! :crying2:

also, everyone pray and keep your fingers crossed for my sister (tammyw31) so that she receives an acceptance letter soon since she is an kw alternate.

Congratulations everyone!

I, too, have received my acceptance letter from kingwood college. My score was an 11.9132. For everyone that didn't make it, keep your head up and don't give up! As for those on the waiting list, consider yourselve's in.
