From reading everyone that got into Lone Star nursing programs I hypothesized one very important point. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get anything less than A's in English and A&P there is NO chance of admission.
The only instance I calculated a chance is a "B" in English, an "A" in A&P and a perfect 100% on the HESI. Other than that, A's in your classes with a minimum 88% on the exam is my observed formula for entrance.
I see why so many (myself included) get so worked up about the HESI. Anyone else taking the test next week at a Lone Star?
If anyone has taken A&P at a Lone Star over a summer session, how did you find attaining an A over the six-week period? Also, if anyone wants to part with a lab book...(?)
@RNtobe@canickell11 I see what I did wrong. I only used one code, there is another code for CB to upload specific immunizations and documents! I’m about to purchase it now. Thanks for your help!

Hey guys, for the Drug Test, were you guys able to activate yalls account? I’m having trouble with mine, and I called them up and they said if we don’t need to upload any documents to our account we don’t need to activate it. Does anyone know if we have to?

All I did was pay for the drug test via surscan website and I got a confirmation that I printed. There was no need to upload anything anywhere.

I was accepted into Tomballs LVN program but was selected as an alternate for the RN program at cyfair and Kingwood. I was wondering Does that automatically forfeit my alternate spot?

I suggest you call either cyfair or Kingwood and ask that question. I would also call Tomball. Good luck in making your decision.

Hey! So I was initially accepted into the LVN at Tomball as well and I told her my situation that I was still waiting to hear from Kingwood of CF ADN program. She told me to go ahead and accept the offer for LVN but once I found out about the ADN program to just email her and let her know so she can drop me and fill my spot. I ended up getting accepted into CF ADN so I just emailed her and she called and confirmed and that was it! She filled my spot with an alternate on the LVN list at Tomball. It might be the same but like @RNtobe said I would call her and just explain what you’re wanting to do! I don’t think it will forfeit your alternate spot because they are 2 different programs the LVN and ADN but just ask!
