From reading everyone that got into Lone Star nursing programs I hypothesized one very important point. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get anything less than A's in English and A&P there is NO chance of admission.
The only instance I calculated a chance is a "B" in English, an "A" in A&P and a perfect 100% on the HESI. Other than that, A's in your classes with a minimum 88% on the exam is my observed formula for entrance.
I see why so many (myself included) get so worked up about the HESI. Anyone else taking the test next week at a Lone Star?
If anyone has taken A&P at a Lone Star over a summer session, how did you find attaining an A over the six-week period? Also, if anyone wants to part with a lab book...(?)
No I’m waiting until after September 1st. Saw On some paperwork for KW that said after September 1st. Plus I normally get mine at the hospital where I volunteer so I might just wait until then then.
@paypayy can you tell me where to find the Chapter Assignments and Homework quizzes on the pharmacology website? I can't find it anyyywherrreeeee!!
Have you have done the syllabus quiz. Nttn for the course opened up until I completed the syllabus quiz. Once open it opens the quizzes can be found under course content under the weekly tabs or under course activities

It’s actually on the d2L site, not the textbook site! Kinda confusing! Like rn2be said, do the syllabus quiz and then you should be able to see everything else pop up!!

I’m glad I could help. The course point site is to do the chapter quizzes which are different from the weekly quizzes. Once you do the syllabus quiz it will all make sense and you can plan how to approach the class.
I would turn on notifications in D2L because it let’s you know when deadlines are approaching.
Have you all signed and emailed Valerie your letter of intent?

Just did the quiz and found everything thank you! I went to the school and turned it in in person hopefully they don't lose it lol
