Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough.
Hello all. I just took my HESI yesterday and scored 80%. I did not score well on the A@P section but all other sections were passed. I've completed ENGL 1302 with a B, A@P 1 with a B and RNGS 1301 with an A. What are my chances of being accepted this year at any of the Lonestar programs?

You calculate by adding the grade points of your English and a&p then divide by 2 ( ex: grade A=4points B=3 points> 4+3=7/2= 3.5 )
you add all the avg points for your hesi and then divide by 5 ( the # of sections) to find the avg... then divide by 25. Then add the two results and you have your score. I hope I don't complicate it for you.
Hi I'm in my second semester you will need books asap try the book store, but I wouldn't wait on a website that may take long. You don't normally need your books the 1st day but if you don't want to fall behind you need to get those books. Also, be careful buying used books because you will need codes for resources the book provides to help students study
