2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls

Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough. :sorry: :down:

I am in and my score was a 7.47 overall. 7.4 was good too!!!

How is it like at Tomball? I applied to the LVN program there and I'm waiting to hear from them. I've never been to the Tomball campus, and I'm worried about jumping into the LVN instead of the ADN program.

Natj23 I am currently in the program at Cyfair. You will get in. They accept 50 students. Your score is great!!! Congrats!!!! They do take a long time to answer the phones or any emails when you are trying to get in. Even orientation and schedules were given out about 2 weeks prior to classes but then Harvey happened.

I have all the books for the Nursing Program at Lonestar Tomball, stethoscope, lab pack and other material for $950.00. All the books and additionals cost me over $1500. If anyone is interested feel free to text me at 713-261-9879, Books are lightly used. The only thing you will have to purchase additional is the Prep U for Brunnar and for the Ricci.

There isn't any Physics on the HESI. Only Math, Reading comprehension, Vocabulary, A&P, Grammar and then the Critical thinking.

I have a total Score of 7.296 and I'm afraid it is too low? I picked three schools my first choice is montgomery, second Tomball, and last is North harris. I am applying for the Fall 2018 Nursing Program. I really want to go to Montgomery has anyone got on with this score??

I have A's in A&P 1 and English which is my 4pts and then my HESI was 3.296.

I applied to the lonestar nursing lvn and rn program for Montgomery, north Harris and Tomball. My overall score is 6.24. I feel horrible in saying that. I made all Bs and high on critical thinking for my hesi. Made a B in AP2 abx an A in English. With my score being 6.24, I'm worried I wont get in. I hear that north Harris accepts more students. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I even have a chance with a score like that. I'm a wreck right now. My friends all got into montgo.ery and Tomball. I havent recieved anything. Someone please give me some advise.....
