2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls

Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough. :sorry: :down:

I didn't apply. I thought my score wouldn't cut it... My score is 7.5

That is excellent! There was another fellow on here that was accepted with a 7.1

Yes I was accepted to CyFair, after being an alternate with the score of 7.0445. I was just accepted the day before Orientation.

Hi everyone! I'm applying to the Fall 2017 start. I'm starting my studying for the Hesi. Getting nervous! I have an A for A&P 1 and English so hoping I can pull this off.

Does anyone know if at lonestar it matters how many times you took a science class?

As far as I know they only use your final scores on Hesi and courses for admissions purposes. They do not review all your past course history

Does anyone know if we will need to carry a tablet or laptop to classes since all of the textbooks are eBooks?

I called the school bookstore and they are books as well im not sure about laptops im sure we can have them during lecture i think..
