Hey guys anyone applying for this?
Anybody have any tips or have gotten any interviews for PEDS?
Does any one know what questions hospitals typically ask?

Unfortunately I can't give you much advice. But had I not been married with a child on the way i would have moved to California just for the opportunity to work at Loma Linda and have the opportunity to meet Sean Bush. Working with envenomations would seriously be my dream job.

I just did! It opened today! Make sure you merge your two letters of rec with your resume as the website only allows for one upload/attachment. I had to have them delete my app and reopen it!!! The website says the apps will be disqualified without the letters.. EEK! Good luck!

I just applied...again! I didn't get a position last time but I can tell you how the interview process goes for NICU. I interviewed 3x in one day which took about 1.5 hours. They ask behavioral interview questions (tell me about a time you...) so be prepared with a lot of stories.
As for the application process, I didn't have my letters of recommendation scanned into pdf format when I was applying because it changed since last time (You had to email it to them separately). I just called HR and let them know and they were really nice about it. Just had me email the documents to them and had it attached to my application.
Anyway, good luck to everyone!

I'm trying to apply, but when I tried attaching my letters of rec it doesn't work (keeps telling me to wait). Did you upload the letters of rec with the resume at the beg of the application? Or did you attach the documents using the "attach a document" button?
Thanks and Good Luck!

I uploaded my resume and letters of recomendation as one document when it says "stop, upload document now". Im pretty sure it only allows you to upload one document. I heard that someone who wasnt aware of this had to call HR and ask them to reset the app so that they could re-apply.

When can we expect the interviews to take place? I hate the waiting part
Last time, I think I interviewed about a month after submitting my application. Yeah, the waiting game sucks...

I was a unit secretary there for a few years and my first day on the job as my trainer was walking me out the back way, I saw this guy walking a couple feet ahead of us who looked oddly familiar.... So I walked slower & whispered to my trainer.... What's his name? Why does he look familiar? And she said, Oh he's been on TV for Venom ER (which I hadn't seen at that point) and so I said "Wait! Was he on Untold Stories of the ER or one of those ER shows on Discovery or TLC?" And she said probably... I was so excited! He's awesome & I never saw him again
Has anyone heard aobut the status of their application?
