Loma Linda new grad RN Summer 2020

Anyone apply to the RN new grad program at Loma Linda University medical center for this Summer?

I haven't seen any posts on here about it so was wondering if anyone has any information on if anything will be delayed due to the pandemic, or if anyone has heard anything back from them about their application.

Also what units did you guys apply to!?

@Intensive Care Murse If you interviewed for both units, you are definitely in a good position. HR made it sound like the units were not communicating with each other, which is why some people interviewed for both their first and second choice. HR is making final official offers the week of May 18th. Hope you get your first choice!

CONGRATS! Hope the rest of us hear by early next week. For you and anyone else who applied, where do you guys live? I'm currently in LA and would be commuting if I got the position. Just wondering if anyone else is commuting or if people were planning on moving closer to the hospital.

@UknownRN I interviewed with Coronary ICU (CCU 7200) but have not heard anything yet. Seems like no one from any of the cardiac units have gotten verbal offers or rejections yet.

Did everyone just get the update email? They are pushing back the start date for the cohort until July 13th and said that we will receive an update on our status by June 12th.
