I'm looking for Liability Insurance. Does anyone know what's the best Liability Insurance company out there?

The two most common carriers that I've seen mentioned are Proliabilty and NSO. Personally, I have NSO and pay just over $100/year. Worth the peace of mind if you ask me.
Thanks! ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

NSO... Endorsed by the ANA. Around $100/year.

Companies like Proliability and NSO are not insurers. They are insurance agents or brokers. The majority of nursing malpractice insurance written in the USA is through CNA or a CNA subsidiary. NSO is probably one of the largest such insurance agents for CNA.

Please kindly clarify.
Are you saying that Proliability will not cover me if I need liability services?
Thanks
Proliability will place the coverage with CNA or whichever other insurance company that will cover you. The actual insurance company is who provides the coverage, not the insurance agent, like Proliability or NSO. It is a common misconception that Proliability or NSO are the actual insurance companies. Proliability and NSO sell the insurance, but the actual policies that cover you are from the insurance company.
Thanks for your clarification. If I may ask what is the full meaning of CNA?
