Today I had an IEP meeting where I was screamed at for my lack of competencies because of the "discrimination of treatment" towards the sibling LAST YEAR all due to misunderstandings.
She told me she was going to sue me for it.
I keep reminding myself my last day is September 2.

Oh wow. I am so sorry. And, I am really sorry to see you go. Sounds like a tough place to work. Good luck and congrats on your new job!

I'm sad to see you go... If I was leaving 9/2, I don't know that I would have come back at all to subject myself to the craziest part of the school year!
In the meeting the grandma made it a point to tell the principal how she doesn't like her or the smirk on her face. Principal even asked why the situation wasn't brought up the previous year. The excuse was it was at the end of the year. The student doesn't even attend the same school anymore.
I found out a week after school started that I got a new job so these are my last two weeks. Also a nurse in the corporation quit with no notice so I couldn't leave my supervisor I love hanging!

Corporation? In the charter school business, I'm guessing?
It was the middle school nurse but another nurse at a different elementary school put her two weeks in too!

That's why I joined the union, for the free lawyers!
Sorry to hear you had to deal with crazy. Working in a hospital, I had to deal with crazy, unreasonable people way too much. I'm glad my time with adults is far more limited now. :)
