Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!
I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!
Are you able to mention a few topics you had for A&P? Anything helps.
I heard that the questions are always random and not the same for each applicant. I do not recall the specifics of the questions, but here are some general take-aways:
1. Cranial nerves
2. Names of arteries and veins
3. Hormones
4. Classifying cancers
5. Mitosis and Meiosis
6. Embryonic development
I hope it helps!
Here they are:Overal score is 91.
Math - 96
A&P- 92
Reading Comp - 86
CT - 870
I am a bit upset that I did not do that well in reading, but it is what it is. I hope these scores are good enough to help me get into the program. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Reading comprehension seems to be the section everyone's getting their lowest scores on (right after A&P, of course). Reading comprehension was my lowest score too. But look on the bright-side, at least you got over a 90 overall! If you have a 4.0 or a very high 3.9, you should get in.
Does anyone know of any other school that are doing HESI and are testing for the same areas as Lehman. Please help me out and post the information such as the department code please
Don't take it as a gospel truth, but I heard that Lehman tests only once per application cycle (once a year).

You are right but I think she's trying to find a code she can use to retake it. Many students I've spoken to that have failed are trying to do so. Supposedly people have done this in previous years and have gotten in.
