Legacy Health RN Residency 2011

Did anyone applied to the Cohort 2011 RN residency at Legacy Health?

im guessing alot of ppl did b/c just checked my email today and they informed me that the pre-screening/first round interview has now been changed and moved to a later date than they had previously stated in the paperwork that they posted. frustrating b/c i asked for days off work just so that i could be available for the three days that they initially said they would be interviewing.

I'm so sorry to hear that. We shall see what happens. =)

Yes, I applied for and ED position! It's definitely a bummer they delayed the first round of interviews. I can imagine a lot of us (if we are lucky) may have other opportunities we are pursuing after graduation, which may make things a little tricky. Would be such a blessing to get into this program. Best of luck to everyone.

Hi all, I applied to the 2011 Spring application cycle as well. They keep telling me that they will call everyone for pre-screen interviews by the 20th of May.

I know that I qualified for a first round and they got all my info. because I received an email stating the date was pushed back for the first round. Just wondering if everyone else is already scheduled? Thanks!

Never mind.... Just got the call for the prescreen interview today.

Glad you got a call. How did it go?

Hey guys! How did the interviews go? Did you see that Legacyrecruits tweeted "Awesome day interviewing almost 500 nurse resident candidates today For more information on the program go to http://tinyurl.com/3od2xwc" Wow. 500! It was roughly 300 with the last cohort (of course the GPA requirement was 3.5 in Nov). Did anybody hear how many positions they were hiring for?

lilredrn, did you do an interview?

I am out of state and am suppose to receive a phone interview "sometime"....but nothing yet. With that many people I think my chances are pretty slim. I cant remember exactly how many position but I am sure it was under 10....again I think my chances are slim. Not being in person is such a disadvantage.

For all those who did interview I wish you luck in obtaining you next interview!

NurseWinn, I'm also out of state and will be doing a phone interview... the lady who called me last week said they would contact me later to schedule it. Good luck to you with your long-distance job search! I think it definitely is harder.
