Hi everyone!

Has anyone here applied to the nursing program using the link they posted on their website?

I will be applying for Spring 2020 for the application cycle august 3-6, what about you?

That is the plan! I know they’re accepting applications for the LVN-RN program right now, so I was curious if anyone on here had already applied. I’m wondering what the online application process is like before it opens for the ADN program next week.

Good luck to you!

Good luck to you as well! From what I was told, the ADN application is basically just looking at your GPA from anatomy, physiology, micro, and English. That is all the application LOL the highest GPA’s will be given conditional admission until they pass their TEAS and it’s official! Can’t wait for us to apply and hopefully get in for SP2020!

Hi all! I'll be applying next week as well. Do you know if they still intend for us to drop off the application in person?

Hello, no this semester will actually be online, hope this helps!

Hi! I'll be applying too! good luck to us 🙂 I know that it is pretty difficult to get in because of how random it is LOL , so we will see!

Hi,

I’ll apply to Long Beach City College so I hope that everyone keep in touch.

Hello! I will also be applying next week. First of 7 programs 😬 Good luck everyone!

Yeah, I’m not even applying, that’s ridiculous. Freaking CA nursing schools are brutal.

They do only take 40 students but it's a complete lottery so I think it's worth applying! Saddleback takes around 40-55, Golden West takes around 45, Santa Ana college takes only 40 in the Spring so I believe a lot of programs are in this same range. Most are based on points. I think it would be silly not to give it a shot🤷‍♀️

Yes same here I am still applying but it's crazy they'd have lottery knowing how many people apply LOL

Does anyone know if you first have to apply to the school?

Can you just apply to the nursing program?

Yes you can apply without being a student 🙂

I just finished the application. It's pretty easy. Just make sure to include your Unofficial transcripts and other supporting documents. It's free, so there's no reason not to apply.

To anyone thinking they won't get accepted b/c of grades, you should still apply. They take into consideration the number of time you've applied. You likely won't get in the first time, but your 2nd & 3rd try are more likely to get you in (assuming your grades are decent).
