LATTC FALL 2020/Spring 2021

Hello! I am starting this topic so we, who applied to LATTC, can keep each other informed. I have applied July 2 2018, and so far I have not started the program. When I went to go check where I was at on the waitlist, it looks like they only got to those who applied April/May 2018 for the cohort Fall 2020. That being said I believe I will be starting Spring 2021. Please comment any information you may have or when you applied ?

Im Sept 2018 and I have not received a call. Maybe only a portion of Sept was called???

I applied last semester and was told I was on waitlist... so technically how long do I need to wait ??

Two to three years from the time you submitted the application.

When LATTC Call they said “we will start Spring 2021.......ONLY IF .... the CDC allows them to start a new cohort. There is still a chance that those that were called/emailed, May not even get to start Spring 2021 because of COVID and the CDC did not let LATTC start a new cohort. They said they will be reaching out to us (those they called and emailed) with in 30days if the CDC granted them to start a new cohort.

hey guys!

I applied to lattc's nursing program on august 2018 and contacted them through email just yesterday night. They responded with :"your name is still on our waiting list. due to the current pandemic, we aren't sure when we will be starting a new cohort...."

So I'm not understanding how some people who applied in September are already getting calls/emails?

I applied late September 2018 and still have not received an email nor call. Most likely will wait another semester.

Hello everyone I come with UPDATES from LATTC! I attended their info session yesterday. I got information directly from ----------------, ----------------, and ------------------. 

-They are currently in the first week of October 2018 on the waiting list (she did say something about September but I couldn't hear).

-Fall 2020 cohort was postponed.

-They are waiting to get approval for a Spring 2021 cohort (will know by November).

-The wait time has extended an additional year.

 

Sorry I wish I had better news, but at least there is some info instead of not knowing at all. She did say they are responding to emails with a 2-3 day response time. Please email them with any questions.

Wait what ? That makes no sense . How are they In October when I applied in Sept 2018 and I never received any notification

Yup. That’s exactly what I’m thinking! Makes no sense. And if Fall 2020 was postponed then how are they even calling Oct 2018? I’m Sept 2018 with no call/email!
