LAHC Fall 2017

Hi, all! Just wanted to make a thread to see who has applied to LAHC's Nursing program for the fall semester of 2017! Maybe we can all get together and study for the upcoming TEAS in April if there are some still needing to take it :) I know it's a bit early, but it's better to be prepared!

Hope to hear from admissions soon - I called and asked when emails for the TEAS would be sent out, and the lady said it would be maybe at the end of March!

That's what they did last time I replied but I haven't received a reply yet. I'm going to call them Monday to make sure they received my email

i will do the same my email was acting up so I'm not sure if they received it.

I called the office today asking about those confirmation emails, and the lady said they usually do not send out confirmation emails, but since everybody has been asking, there might be a chance that we will receive them. Has anyone else heard differently?

@Fmiller11, how soon did you hear back from admissions after the TEAS?

@Katerlene it take about a week-2 weeks after everyone takes the test! The process is super fast after everyone takes the test :)

I'm a bit nervous about the teas. I took anatomy and physiology 2 years ago, I've been going over the ATI book and it isn't much help í ½í¸”

Same!!! I get anxiety every single day haha. There's an app called Pocket Prep for the TEAS and I find its really useful.

I received my confirmation also! I was getting worried. Only a week or 2 and we should know if we got in or not!

@Dream2bnRN I believe they take there test on the 27th of April. And it takes 2 weeks max after that to find out if we got in or not
