Everyone, thank you so so much for the info I didn't know I had to send my exam score and other info to the recruiters. So now, do I still have to wait for the Aug cohort to be hired on a unit? Or could I possibly start sooner than that?

Anybody starting on April 16th have insight on what you do on the first day as a new grad? I understand we have to wear scrubs but not sure what the day will look like ..

I sent my initial email to the general recruitment email then reached out to follow up with my email I ended up getting a great recruiter told him what I wanted within a week he reached out to me about an opening in my second choice NICU , I wanted L&D as first choice I interviewed and got NICU just waiting to start it's a process though it's better to bug them. I have inserted pics of how to do it. Hope this helps and good luck!

I applied on Friday and did my assessment on Saturday. how long did it take you to get results? I followed up yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet

I did my assessment on the 7th and didn't get my results until the 15th. So wait for about a week. I'm hoping LA County hospitals still have open units for hiring because I intend on sending my assessment to hospital recruiters this week

I just got my exam results and I am in band 1? Do you know what I should do now? Do I email the recruiters like the other post said or should I wait?

Oh that's frustrating on my end. In an hour, it'll be already 24 hours since I submitted my application. I got nothing so far 😞 Thank you so much for letting me know.

Must have been your kind words, I just got the WSA exam link, thank you :)!

I'm hoping for ICU, Stepdown, or med-surg/tele! Wbu? and in regards to your post after you said you were placed in band 1, I think you should email the recruiters. I emailed them asking for a timeline while I wait, but they said to email your band results, resume, RN license cert, and nursing school diploma (which the issue for me is we don't get our nursing diploma till at least 3 months after grad and I just graduated last month, so I'm a little stuck there, but we'll see how it goes.) after getting your WSA results.
