I believe the freeze is still in effect, but I still got pushed through and I'll be in the November 3 cohort. I'm not sure if they're continuing to onboard other people though.

Has anyone heard anything abt the freeze lifting in Oct? I heard that the budget renews Oct 1 and the freeze will be evaluated Oct 15th, is that true?

I just heard tho that for nursing, the hiring freeze is supposed to be lifted either in OCT or JAN due to budget being renewed & the fact that they need more nurses for flu season. So I'm trying to stay hopeful that I will start in Nov

In mid July, I accepted and completed my live scan for H-UCLA, but I haven't been able to do anything since then ?

I did just in case but your right don't think it's mandatory. Do we know how many er spots they have? And how long I will have to wait to see if I get an offer? I have my interview on tues, I'm so nervous!!

Everyone, thank you so so much for the info I didn't know I had to send my exam score and other info to the recruiters. So now, do I still have to wait for the Aug cohort to be hired on a unit? Or could I possibly start sooner than that?
