LA county Relief nurse 2013

Hello all :) I applied to a relief nurse 1 position with LA county. I then got a letter in the mail sayng my application had been accepted and i was scheduled for the "examination." I took the test, passed the test, and got another letter in the mail about two months after my test saying I had passed and that my name will be placed in an "eligibility list." What now? Does any one know what happens after this process? Thank you all so much! any info is appreciated. I did get a call from Harbor UCLA and filled out some paper work and got scheduled for an interview. But is this test for all LA county nurse jobs? What has your experience been like? I also heard something about a verbal exam/ interview? what is that?

I wonder why it's taking longer for us. I was thinking of emailing them but them again I know how it is with county. Slow.

Can anyone give tips on how your interviews were like? I'd like to do my very best to be successful in the next upcoming interview(s). :) any advice would be GREATly appreciated.

Nope. Nothing. I'll check today and see if anything has come. Congratulations on your letter. Did they give you a band? Or does it say just pass/fail?

No, still haven't heard anything yet. Everything seems to take 4-6 weeks so far with the county....so I'm guessing I'll hear something at least within the next two weeks? It's been about a month already...
