In the US it's not standard to put religion, marital status, date of birth or citizenship on a resume as it sets one up for discrimination.
You say you graduated in 2010 but worked as an unlicensed caregiver in 2011? What have you done for the past 3.5 years? Someone who graduated 3.5 years ago, nursing work experience is relevant while school clinical rotations are not.
Your key strengths are not specific and just full space. If you were experienced in a specialty area or had credentials such as ACLS that could be relevant. Nurses are EXPECTED to be able to work independently, without supervision and under pressure. It's redundant
Paper works is nonsense. Managed document flow, general secretarial work and quality assurance make more sense.
i graduated last 2010 and i just got my license last year feb of 2013... how will i make my resume presentable? what should i put... because the past 3 years i just did private caregiving... thanks for the reply
do i still need to include my clinical rotations? even though i graduated 2010 that was 3 years from now? or just put my nursing skill that i have done during nursing school? any suggestions?? thanks
Something in the last 6 months. Perhaps a clinical refresher course.
Unlicensed caregiver and department secretary aren't fully relevant to nursing and shouldn't be listed as clinical experience but work experience. It would look better if you kept same job for the whole 3+ years.

I would definitely take off the personal data section. Also, I'd explain somehow what I've done since 2010 that is nursing related.

I think you need to have this professionally reviewed. I'm guessing English maybe isn't your first language. You list this "With good English Communication skills – listening, reading, oral &written." as a "key skill" and that sentence doesn't even make sense to me. I wouldn't put anything about "good English skills" on your resume for a job in the US. It is assumed that employees in the US have this ability and by calling attention to it, you're basically pointing out that you don't. Caregiver is one word. Take out the personal data section- this is not something that it's standard to include on US resumes as none of the information you list can legally be relevant to your obtaining a position. Key strengths- take out. There's nothing there that sets you apart from anyone else and it's poorly worded. Objective- reword or remove all together. Everyone's objective is to get a job and every employer knows it. Objectives are outdated.
Thanks for the info , nope i did not take any refresher course or continuing education , i just took 9 day review course for nclex. is that considered as a refresher coursE?
thanks for the reply :) yes i already did remove the personal data section , i never done any nursing related jobs since 2010 ,,,, i just did private caregiving for 2 years
