Y'all didn't get any emails saying your application was received back when you submitted it, correct? Just the bottom of the page that said "you will receive no confirmation after this" that was in red, right? I'm applying as well and I am so nervous! I swear I am second guessing everything lol.

That is correct. I actually emailed the program after my submission to make sure they received it and was told they wouldn't even begin looking until after the final due date. They told me I should have basically seen a screen saying thanks for submitting you're done and that's it. They encouraged me to apply twice if couldn't remember if I saw that screen or not so I did!

Okay thanks! I thought that we wouldn't get any more contact from them but then I saw a nursing forum on here from last fall and they were saying that they all got emails for confirmation. Just confused me. I heard from an advisor that we should be getting a letter sometime very soon.

I spoke to the lady at the front desk in the advising center today and she said we wouldn't hear anything until the 3rd or 4th week of April. Ugh it's so frustrating, I wish they would all get on the same page with this. You would think that since the application process is so much less involved than other schools that they would be the fastest to respond, but other schools that conduct interviews and make you write essays are sending out letters way before KSU.

That's strange.... I emailed an advisor yesterday and she said they will be "sending an email this week or next with your status". Whatever that means.

I just spoke with an adviser and she said all students will be notified via mail in the next two weeks, most likely end of March.

I spoke with whoever answered the phone and they said letters will not go out until April

When you call the advising office, more often than not, the person answering that phone is a student assistant who is a receptionist for the office. If you want accurate information you need to contact an advisor. The student assistant does not have up to date information like the advisors will.

I think the person answering the phones doesn't have her info straight. She may just be referring to what they did last year (letters in April), but the advisors are the ones who actually send them out so I would believe the advisors over the girl answering the phone.
