I have applied to Keiser University CRNA program in Naples, FL for 2019.. anyone else planning to or already applied there for 2019? Anyone starting in January 2019? Please do not comment about the school being a "last resort" school as seen in past threads and posts. This thread is intended solely for current and future applicants applying in 2019. If you had interviewed at Keiser before, please provide some insights.
Oh me too! I’d love to have some insight on what the essay looks like! Thank you ?
strange... it’s not letting me PM anyone? Welp, my email is [email protected]

Depends. You need to take the GRE before applying and it sounds like you need to have all the other prerequisites completed as well before being officially considered. (This is new as of this week, I spoke with the admissions counselors).

Your GPA is pretty good. You need to get as close to 300+ on your GRE as you can.

I am a 2nd semester student at Keiser. I would recommend taking the CCRN to make you a little more competitive. 5 years of ICU is perfect as far as experience goes. If you don't have any Cs in your transcript for science courses, your GPA should be fine. It all depends on how competitive other people who are also applying at the time of your application are. I asked about the C grades because here at Keiser, you're only allowed to have one C, if you get a second C you will be kicked out! So, they really look at your transcripts closely. But if you do have Cs, don't let that discourage you!
GPA of 4.0, perfect GRE scores, and people with many years of ICU experience, can still fail out. MOTIVATION has been proven the best predictor of success in CRNA school. Hope this helps!
