Hi everyone! So, I was just wondering if any of you guys know my chances in getting in the ADN program at KCC. I'm applying for Fall of 2014 and to be honest, I'm not really confident about my application... Just thinking about applying makes me nervous just because I know how competitive it is. Also, if you guys think applying for the PRCN program for KCC is a good idea also. Please let me know, thank you guys so much!

Cumulative GPA: 3.6

Nope, no kids... just a bunny :) But I'm pretty sure he can handle himself haha.

I'm recently divorced and did not have any children with my ex-husband (guess that's partially a good thing).. but looks like I won't be having any.. at least for a while now lol until I get through school.

Do you have relatives here that could help watch your baby? I keep hearing that nursing school really takes over your life

Yea for the second time!!! :( but I got into UH so I'm happy either way. Good luck at KCC maybe I'll see you at UH if you do the bridge. :)

Yes I have relatives but they all work. I do have a great support system here so I'm not worried...I just don't feel anyone can watch my kid like I can u know??

Elly I still think u should go. If they open up LCC then I think u got a great shot at getting in. They r gonna discuss if LCC is gonna b available at the orientation.

Elly, I agree that you should go to the KCC orientation... You'll need to do all the health requirements anyway for UH! It'll keep your options open in case something does pop up. Plus I'd love to meet both of you (:

congratulations!! :)

I would love 2 meet both of u (Elly and Lisa)!!

my instructor is Steven Farmer from Maui college! It's a great class! I definitely recommend him :) I actually talked to a councelor today at KCC and they gave me a list of CNA courses :) I chose the professional healthcare educators in Waipahu, since the tuition isn't that bad and it's the closest one I can do before summer starts :) & it's only on the weekend, so it fits my schedule perfectly! I forgot to ask, did you apply for KCC 2014 ADN program??

Hi Kayla, how was the cna course? If you don't mind me asking. I'm looking for a place that I can get cna training.

Hi All,
