  1. Xlilacx, Ohh I see. Almost same as me. I hav 2 Bs & 78 TEAS + my CNA though... Is this your first time applying? Have you tried looking into other schools?
  2. Xlilacx, sorry to to hear about that. What was your grades & teas like?
  3. Littlebear'smama, ohh I see. Yeah it doesn't hurt to try. After I got all my requirements done, I jus applied jus to see what would happen & I didn't get in. My second time, I got wait listed. & I actually got my letter today, & I'm wait listed again. Ugh. But don't give up!!!
  4. Littlebear'smama, Sorry to hear that you didn't get in. I'm actually shocked about your results, bcuz for spring 2016, I know a girl who got in with all As & an an 84 (or 86?) on her TEAS, & she had absolutely no CNA work whatsoever.
  5. Eileenm, I know! Btw, I remember you! I'm Breann, from that Micro130 class that we had together haha. This is my third time applying for the program. I was thinking about applying for the LPN program for fall too, but Idk :/
  6. Hi guys! I also applied for fall 2016. I didn't get my letter yet, but I was alternate listed for spring 2016; however, I didn't get chosen. I applied with a 3.7 GPA, 78% TEAS, and the CNA course. I applied for fall with the same results, so hopefully I get on the alternate list again at the least. Fingers crossed!
  7. Wow that's awesome! Yeah science is where I hav a hard time as well. You plan on applying for spring semester?
  8. I think you hav a good shot at getting in. I only applied once but got rejected. I applied with 73% teas, 3.5 GPA, both A's for coreqs, but no experience. How'd you study for your teas? I plan on retaking it.
  9. hey! Omg I only seen your reply now. But that's great! Yeah, imma apply for spring 2016 with 3.73 GPA, both Coreqs done with A's, nurse 9 course, & as of right now 78% TEAS. Planning on retaking it in August. Are you adding your chem grade into your GPA also?
  10. Aww shucks. Sorry to hear. & yeah, it seems like it. Idk why they even changed the teas requirement to a lower percentage when higher scores are the only ones able to get in or on alt list.
  11. Yeah imma retake my teas also. Shucks, hopefully your letter comes in soon! I mean maybe they mispelt your address? Idk. My address was spelt wrong but got sent to the right house still. So I askd one of my former classmates who got into the program this past semester, & he entered with a 3.8 GPA, 79% TEAS, & CNA. That's like average-ish scores.
  12. Are you serious?? Yeah, on my letter, it said it was sent out on the first... But I receiced mines this Saturday. But if you turned it in on the first day, you should've been one of the letters sent out! That's crazy.
  13. Yeah, I'm shocked myself! That's what I'm gonna be applying with next semester - all As, one B, & health experience. I'm gonna retake my teas also tho.
  14. Your stats are pretty good! Better than mines. Your first year applying?
  15. i live in Manoa. I'm retaking classes right now then I don't hav any other classes to take. I'm gonna retake my TEAS also.
