Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a thread where we could help each other out and post updates about applications or ask questions! Good luck to everyone!

In my offer email it stated that I will receive a pre−employment drug screening email notification outlining specific instructions and information,including location details.

It’s just a urine sample. Sorry for the confusion! A phlebotomist is thoroughly trained on collecting and processing several types of specimens at these facilities, not just blood ?. I used to be one and taught medical assisting, phlebotomy and ekg at a private school. That’s the main reason I know about the COC (chain of custody ). They ask cover a lot of that on their exams and preceptorship! In our lab, there were several forms that had carbon copies for the patient but nowadays, technology has changed the traditional formatting of paper copies etc,

Congrats everyone! Do we need to reply to anyone to officially accept the offer? or do we get a phone call to accept? I keep seeing the phrase "verbally accept"  in the email and it's tripping me out ?

Unfortunately, mine says differently. I did not receive a digital auth and it says "DO NOT GO TO THE COLLECTION SITE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DRUG TESTING FORM FROM YOUR EMPLOYER." I have spent hours on the phone with first advantage and it turns out it is something that needs to be initialed from the KP side since I wasn't generated that 12 digit ID number. 

I believe this is due to me living in the foothills, it generated sites nearby that aren't as tech savvy. What a headache!

Does anyone know where the tab is to upload your attach files for your certifications in the employment application?

If you go into "Access my profile" when you first log into your KP account, you should be able to edit and add all of your certifications as you did when first applying. I noticed that when I clicked out of my employment form, some changes were made in my profile as well so I am thinking it copies over.

I just realized there isn't a spot on the actual application...did you find anything out?

I double checked again and the area to attach files was only in the access profile area. I emailed to ask but I am not sure that I will hear back in time.
