Does anyone know If we had a negative TB test results, Do we have to do the two step TB skin test?

Does anyone know where the tab is to upload your attach files for your certifications in the employment application?

In my offer email it stated that I will receive a pre−employment drug screening email notification outlining specific instructions and information,including location details.
