Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a thread where we could help each other out and post updates about applications or ask questions! Good luck to everyone!

I never got mine either. Should we be reaching out to the residency team through the Ncal email? It’s been all day and it seems like everyone has heard back but sac (excluding Roseville) ?. I didn’t really plan on emailing because I’m sure they’re overwhelmed with this entire process and trying their best but the anxiety is killing me haha.

A friend found out that there was some sort of glitch with her application and they sent her the email after that. I would definitely email them!
Is anyone else having issues with the employment application? I keep getting an error message that the state is invalid, but when I click the "search" button it doesn't do anything?? Anyone else?? I'm going crazy LOL

I JUST got through this. UGH it was so frustrating. Click "search" with an empty field and then type in the state on the next page. then click your choice.
^ I finally updated my MacBook to see if that would help and IT DID! First, I switched from safari to chrome, and would still get an error message after the first change. I then did the update (finally LOL I waited a few weeks because it takes so long LOL), and used chrome to complete the form.
Good morning,
Does anyone have knowledge about how we are supposed to obtain the chain of custody form for the drug screen? It's not something that we can print as its a 5 page carbon copy document. I would really like to get that done today!
I sent an email to Emilie yesterday but have yet to hear back from her. Does anyone remember from Friday if they said it would be overnighted to us?
Edit: I called First Advantage this morning and it is 100% something that comes from Kaiser.

Hmm I was pretty sure that we just show them the email. It says in the email from first advantage that the paper chain of custody form is not required.

I went into Quest yesterday and showed the email link and code. The chain of custody is done by the phlebotomist as it’s a process, where they collect your ID, have you open sterile container , and document your initials on the specimen. They complete the process and you get a copy of the requisition. I did not print anything out beforehand, just showed the email and checked in via the kiosk
