  1. I believe this depends if you have one within the last year that counts as a second.
  2. We may be staggered due to preceptor availability. Which means some of us may start 10/11. I am waiting for that call from Lori Naylor!
  3. I was told that those wouldn’t be done until our background and drug screens clear. Have not received.
  4. @Shelly Scolari Emilie told me my clock resets upon receipt of the COC form. Thank you for sharing in my stress journey and I am truly grateful this only happened to me haha! Take away for future readers: Contact your KP HR rep for the hiring process and get the damn form.
  5. I had a long day via phone and email but I was able to resolve it. I DO need the form due to the way the system created the request for me. KP has overnighted my COC form and will arrive tomorrow. I was assured the receipt of the form resets my clock but you better believe I'll be waiting at the door for its arrival.
  6. Unfortunately, mine says differently. I did not receive a digital auth and it says "DO NOT GO TO THE COLLECTION SITE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DRUG TESTING FORM FROM YOUR EMPLOYER." I have spent hours on the phone with first advantage and it turns out it is something that needs to be initialed from the KP side since I wasn't generated that 12 digit ID number. I believe this is due to me living in the foothills, it generated sites nearby that aren't as tech savvy. What a headache!
  7. Good morning, Does anyone have knowledge about how we are supposed to obtain the chain of custody form for the drug screen? It's not something that we can print as its a 5 page carbon copy document. I would really like to get that done today! I sent an email to Emilie yesterday but have yet to hear back from her. Does anyone remember from Friday if they said it would be overnighted to us? Edit: I called First Advantage this morning and it is 100% something that comes from Kaiser.
  8. I JUST got through this. UGH it was so frustrating. Click "search" with an empty field and then type in the state on the next page. then click your choice.
  9. it's a 0.9 schedule which means we work 9 shifts in a pay period (two weeks). It's a rotating schedule where we work 4 days one week and 5 the next including every other weekend. 0.9 works out to 76 hours a pay period which is then averaged to 36/week. On the original job posting you applied to it had all the schedules in a table which I copied! Keep in mind, this is for the first 90 days/precepting. What I would like to know is what the first couple of weeks look like with all the kp learn and epic training - as far as hours and location are concerned.
  10. I received my offer letter for Sac hub at 1:09pm! I did get my first choice of location (Roseville).
  11. I was thinking it was possible that the EE questions was somehow missed when building our profile. I am confident whether or not it was received has no bearing on anyone's status! Sleep soundly colleagues.

  13. Wow this feels incredible. I interviewed for Sac hub but the email didn't seem hub specific. Can't wait for Friday, for all the information! I just checked my account and there has been no change (still last updated Aug 28). Congratulations everyone!
