We may be staggered due to preceptor availability. Which means some of us may start 10/11. I am waiting for that call from Lori Naylor!

@Shelly Scolari Emilie told me my clock resets upon receipt of the COC form. Thank you for sharing in my stress journey and I am truly grateful this only happened to me haha! Take away for future readers: Contact your KP HR rep for the hiring process and get the damn form.

I had a long day via phone and email but I was able to resolve it. I DO need the form due to the way the system created the request for me. KP has overnighted my COC form and will arrive tomorrow. I was assured the receipt of the form resets my clock but you better believe I'll be waiting at the door for its arrival.

Unfortunately, mine says differently. I did not receive a digital auth and it says "DO NOT GO TO THE COLLECTION SITE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DRUG TESTING FORM FROM YOUR EMPLOYER." I have spent hours on the phone with first advantage and it turns out it is something that needs to be initialed from the KP side since I wasn't generated that 12 digit ID number. I believe this is due to me living in the foothills, it generated sites nearby that aren't as tech savvy. What a headache!

Good morning, Does anyone have knowledge about how we are supposed to obtain the chain of custody form for the drug screen? It's not something that we can print as its a 5 page carbon copy document. I would really like to get that done today! I sent an email to Emilie yesterday but have yet to hear back from her. Does anyone remember from Friday if they said it would be overnighted to us? Edit: I called First Advantage this morning and it is 100% something that comes from Kaiser.

I JUST got through this. UGH it was so frustrating. Click "search" with an empty field and then type in the state on the next page. then click your choice.

it's a 0.9 schedule which means we work 9 shifts in a pay period (two weeks). It's a rotating schedule where we work 4 days one week and 5 the next including every other weekend. 0.9 works out to 76 hours a pay period which is then averaged to 36/week. On the original job posting you applied to it had all the schedules in a table which I copied! Keep in mind, this is for the first 90 days/precepting. What I would like to know is what the first couple of weeks look like with all the kp learn and epic training - as far as hours and location are concerned.

I received my offer letter for Sac hub at 1:09pm! I did get my first choice of location (Roseville).

I was thinking it was possible that the EE questions was somehow missed when building our profile. I am confident whether or not it was received has no bearing on anyone's status! Sleep soundly colleagues.

Wow this feels incredible. I interviewed for Sac hub but the email didn't seem hub specific. Can't wait for Friday, for all the information! I just checked my account and there has been no change (still last updated Aug 28). Congratulations everyone!

@j.cbrl did they mention if any of those are for the sac hub? I'm curious to which facilities are adding slots.

Hi everyone! I just read through this entire thread since I just found it. I interviewed on Wednesday for Sac hub. I listed my preferences last night as: Roseville, Sac, South Sac, and then added Santa Rosa on the end (with none x2 last) Good luck to everyone at this point! The wait will probably kill us ?

@5BabesCafe I received my call today! It's SO surreal and I almost don't believe it happened because I have nothing in writing lol. I wish it was an email! See you all on Tuesday ❤️

@hockeystic, Tuesday they called alternate number 5. I'm (orig.) number 8 and have heard nothing. Are you an alternate for Sierra's program?

@hopefulnurse45678, are you an alternate? If so, what number were you lotteried at? I have not received anything other than that initial email. All the info I have is from sleuthing on here about the sac state program and one email exchange with Vicki in Sierra's nursing office.

@5BabesCafe Thank you for letting me know, you are so sweet! That means I'm sitting at number 3 now. Oh, how I am hoping there are more people that end up getting pulled into to Sac state's program. Please feel free to share if you learn anything else!

@5BabesCafe I emailed Vicki at the beginning of the week. I told myself I'd only ask once before the first orientation meeting in a couple weeks and I wasted it already haha! Since you haven't been notified it gives me a slightly better picture of what's happening. You're, at worst, sitting at #3 now ? The intent to enroll for Sac state is tomorrow so there is still hope for that.

@5BabesCafe, Are you in? I know 2 alternates were called up as of Tuesday but later that day the Sac state emails went out! I'm anxious with hope.

@hockeystic, It is my understanding if more than 10 alternates are needed they are selected one by one. So, no, there isn't a possibility to be waitlisted at this point. That doesn't mean you won't be selected though. It's not over until it's over.

Good for you! Question, when is your deadline for submitting your decision/intention to enroll? I'm on an alternate for another program and I'm trying to suss out when movement may be happening. Thanks so much!

I know things can potentially shift for a couple months but UGH thats difficult to read haha. I am quite hopeful but it's all a little less magical overall.
