Perfect! Thank you Jenn. I just wanted to make sure because they said to complete the I-9 as next steps but I have not yet received notification.

Hi! I actually received the email that contains the I9 form right after submitting my employment application. (Within the 24hr time span) I was also contacted by an HR/talent acquisition representative who then confirmed that I filled it out.

Hi Sun! Thank you for your response. Interesting… I wonder if it is location specific in Sac ?
 

I spoke with a representative from HR on Wed and was informed that the I-9 form will be filled out in person when I have my “HR Appointment” once both my drug screen and background check clear.

It could be! The email I was sent by HR gave me a link to the I9 form and all I had to do was fill out a specific section. The rest of it would be filled out during my HR appt once things are clear. Maybe the process is different for specific locations!

I’m in the East bay hub and haven’t heard anything yet regarding I-9 forms. Just waiting after doing my drug test and application update…

Anyone else still waiting for updates after updating profile and drug screen?

Last week (Thursday PM) someone from HR called me and said they were launching my background check. I haven’t heard anything since. She told me once BC and drug screen were cleared they’d send me to employee health to go over immunizations etc. She said the longest it would take is 10 days after background screen was launched.

I got a call last week to schedule my I-9 appointment.

I just got an email from HR to review and sign the "New Hire Process" packet attached as well as email them copies of the required immunizations so I'm assuming my BC and drug screen went through too (I'm at SF hub)

Ahh I’m at SF too, I really hope they send it soon! I want to get this done with haha ?

Oh, one question: when was your BC launched? I did my drug screen Tuesday morning and bc was sent on Thursday evening I think.
