Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!
My email also said "final pre-hire phase" and said:
Please note that this is not an offer of employment.
We will be working with you to identify a position that we can offer to you.
If you are unable to accept it, we will not be able to move you forward to the actual offer phase.
Your final offer of employment will come directly from Talent Acquisition and must be accepted by you and the manager in order to move to "hire".
Does this mean we got into the program??

Yes I'm guessing the same email! It says we'll hear back next week about the specific position.

My interpretation is yes, but it's up to us if we accept what they offer us or not

I'm assuming this isn't the email we need to respond to within 48 hours, correct?
Congrats ya'll! ❤️
I think your right! Ahh I am anxious to get too excited, I guess it won't feel real until we get the more official email next week!
mrisajne said:CONGRATS to everyone that got an email! It says to respond if you wish to decline so they can reach out to other applicants. Did anyone respond to "accept" the position moving forward with the hiring process? Or do we just wait?
I think we just wait, since it doesn't say to respond with an accept!
