Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

It seems less stressful knowing that you have the position if you're asked to come in a second time haha

If I'm understanding that right ? And yeah, it would definitely be less stressful.

My friend did an interview for Santa Clara today!! Maybe that's what they meant by second round interview? That they'll be interviewing applicants initially not given the chance?

Not sure, but I interviewed for Santa Clara last week too and one of the nurse managers mentioned that the second interview will be in-person to determine placement. I had a friend that also interviewed at Santa Clara today and they were told we should be hearing back from March 13-20

I thought offers were going out 3/8, according to the webinar slide deck? Was this only SC, or for other locations as well?

They said decisions are today and next week are offers. Not sure what they mean by decisions but I really hope today they tell us if we got it, even if it means next week they send the official offer

For some reason I was sure they'd reach out sooner than their timeline. Oh well, next week we will all know for sure ?

  Been anxious and on edge since the interview waiting to hear back! LOL
