I just took the NCLEX_RN today and feel really stupid. I had a bunch of select all that apply, some delegation, drugs that I was not familiar with, and only one calculation. The test stopped at 75 questions. I was very shocked when it did. Any thoughts?
I take my test on the 21st and I am totally freaking out. I did the Kaplan review and I've done almost all of the questions. I am actually thinking that I should reschedule but I don't know what to do. I am so stressed that I am physically stressed. Congrats to all of you who have passed already!
I think that nearly everyone does not feel ready to take the test. There is just so much to know. I studied pretty hard for about three weeks. I took the test this last Fri and I am eagerly waiting for my results. I keep checking Pearson Vue every few minutes to see if my results are up yet..lol If you have been scoring decent on your questions that you are testing...then I would take it. Just remember to take time for yourself too. Take atleast 1 day per week and do something for you. Get ou t of the house and away from the computer. Have fun. You graduated from Nursing school and that is a huge accomplishment in itself. Just try to think of the NCLEX as one more practice test. I know its really hard to do with so much riding on it. Just try to relax here and there. You can do it!!
hello everybody I just want in which book did you prepare for nclex RN because I bought Saunders review 3-rd edition for nclex examination last week and now I"m going to study the information from itis it better or enough to prepare to pass the exam or it is necesary to do some courses
It is a good idea to prepare only from this book
is it older than the 4-th edition
which is the better and the text in teh 3-rd is teh same as in 4-th edition book of saunder
thank
The Saunders is really good for content, but I personally recomend buying the Kaplan, because it teachs you how to take the test. All my friends that already took the test said that N-clex is identical to Kaplan. And for my understanding Pearson Vue and Kaplan are the same company.
