JUST took the NCLEX, good pop up at 75 questions..

Nursing Students NCLEX

Anyone have any reviews on the amount of alternate item format they got on their NCLEX? I am still a ball of nerves even though the test stopped at 75 questions, i know its still possible to fail at this point. I had 28 SATA, 41 multiple choice, 3 drag and drop, 2 dose calc, and 1 exhibit. Im pretty sure that OB was my lowest scoring area bc I kept getting a ton of OB questions..

But as far as passing goes, what where others compilations of question formats that they saw?

Any advice would help!

I PASSED!!! [=

Congrats!! Great feeling isn't it!?

Thank you, you too! We can definitely breathe now!

what's the "good popup?"

My school required us to do the ATI Live Review and the VATI which I am currently doing and I have to obtain the green light from my coach before I could test. Ideally I would like to test before July. I have been doing questions using the NCLEX Mastery app also. I am so nervous though.

I used the same combo as you, VATI and the mastery app. It worked great as far as studying goes. I didn't wait for my green light as I was not required to get it for testing and still passed the NCLEX at 75 questions =) good luck to you I'm sure you will do great!

Lucky. For some reason VATI didn't work for me. My school required us to pass the ATI exit exam to graduate, The score needed to pass was a 70.6. I passed back in March and just walked for graduation on 5/17. I hit benchmark on all categories for VATI except peds, and I took the comprehensive predictor but didn't pass. I got a 65 but we needed a 72 to get the green light. I already scheduled by NCLEX, and didn't want to wait two weeks to get the green light so I took my NCLEX on the 15th. Sad to say, but I don't think I passed. I got 223 questions, and my name hasn't popped up on the CA breeze website. My friends that took it after me had their names pop up, so I'm just going to assume the worst, and just try harder next time. Congratulations though!
