I just took mine on6/23 in Virginia and all I needed was my drivers license. I believe that you're fine with your passport. We were just asked for 1 form of id and passport was on the "acceptable forms of id" list.
Hope this helps and good luck.

I was asked for only one form of ID. My passport was sufficient.
Thanks guys:)

Hi! I just read somewhere that as of Oct. 2004 you only need one ID to take NCLEX-your passport is fine! :) Good luck! When do you take yours? I take it July 1!!! 5 days to go....

I was supposed to have 2 forms of ID to take my LPN boards last year, but I've heard that it is now changed so that you only need 1 form of idea.

It tells you on your ATT what acceptable forms of ID are. You only need one and a passport is acceptable.
