Just got my acceptance letter Winter 2011!!

Hey guys,

Just got my acceptance letter! Yippee! So excited. I will be starting this January 3 2012! Just wanted to get my feelers out there and talk with more students who are going to be starting at the same time as me. I am located in WA state. Also, I have been thinking of doing a youtube vlog of my nursing school journey. Anybody interested in doing the same?

Just wanted to say congratulations!!! I actually started in September. Today is the first day of Clinial:lol2: Good luck on your journey. The youtube vlog sounds cool, not sure if you'll have the time or desire once things get hectic though :)

Hannahjean5, I'm in the Midwest and started in my program last August. Can't believe how much has happened in just 2 months. Phew! Agree with Ilovetorun--hope you have time and energy for a vlog. If you do, all the power to you. Let us know and will check it out. Anyway, mostly I wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS on your acceptance! :yeah: :balloons:

I'm really excited, from what I hear though, that will die off as soon as I enter my first week. ;0 haha I guess I will use the vlog as an outlet, in stressful situations you have to have an outlet right? I will post my youtube name on here if I decide to start making a vlog for all to check out. Thanks again!!!

Congratulations Hannahjean5!!!!!:w00t: I just got my acceptance letter in the mail today too for Jan. and I'm so excited. I'm not sure if I would be able to do a vlog but do love watching them. If you do decide to do one I would definitely tune in.

Congrats to you ! :yeah::yeah: I started in August! If I have any advice it is to remember nutrition and fluid and electrolytes. Best of luck to you!!!!!!!!

First and foremost, Yay!!! Always keep the acceptance letter handy, perhaps on your refrigerator, so that you can see it often. At the bottom of that letter, write your name and then add RN behind it. Remember always, especially after a hard test or a really long and difficult study session, to look at that letter and remind yourself how good it felt to get it, and why you wanted to do this in the first place.
