Anyone here who had voluntarily revoked his/her june 2006 license to be able to take previous December 06 board...
Planning to take the June 07 board exam, the whole entire exam.. But with the delayed response of the government, and with the stubborn stand of DOLE of " retake of test 3 and 5", i think my only option is to have my license revoke and sit for a new exam.....
What implications would it bring.. enlighten me pls....
I think its better to start fresh. The whole situation has tainted the June 06 batch. A little sacrifice of retaking the exam and passing it compared to clinging on to your license but will unable you to further your career (taking the CGFNS and NCLEX).
Hold on to your license if you only want to practice in the Philippines but if you are seeking greener pasture, the best and the only route for you is RETAKE.
God bless and hope everything will work out all right.
Hi everyone! I am planning retaking the whole exam. I already waived my license to prc. My question is, would it affect my application for NCLEX? I already received the approval letter from VT BON and I am also planning to register with PEARSON after the result of the local exams. Do I need to inform VT BON that I already waived my license? Is there any possibility that my eligibility will be canceled?
Thank you for all your help!

Hi!
Maybe you should try to contact them... since you submitted a license that you surrendered... So try to contact them to clarify things now..
It's easy to speculate but the best answer would come from the concerned office itself. I suggest you contact the Vermont BON. It's better to be honest about it from the start so as to avoid waste of time, money and energy.
God bless.

if you plan to retake the whole exam, you have to waive your license. That means, you should think as if you had never passed the june 06 boards and gotten a license for it. You give up the license that you have right now. So, if you fail the exam (whole) on june, you will remain unlicensed until you pass the NLE again.
