hi, im a license nurse in the phils, my school has submitted my breakdown of nusing program to the california BON last May, the thing is i am curently in california, i arrived 1st week of june 2009 with a tourist visa. I wanted to take the nclex here. my problem is, how could I send my licensure apllication form, how do I make my payment?, where should I go for live scan? Should I bring my application in person at Sacramento Ca? could I pay there in cash? Can I mail my apllication from here ( im in culver city) with money inside to sacramento? Can I just include a copy of my diploma and license? or does it need to be authenticated?

After weeks of contemplation.... I finally waived my JUNE 06 exam result and surrendered my license last monday - March 19,07.... It was so hard...the agony of giving back ny license and waiving the result of my june 06 exam ,which I worked hard for, God knows!!! But, I know this is for the best and I made the right decision.. This is an oppurtunity for me to redeem what I lost due to the controversy.. I will work hard to passed this June07 exam and prove to the world that I deserve my license and I did not cheat.. Im on a self-review, i dont want to be involve with any review center.. I am praying that there wont be any controversy of leakage this time.. May these people who started the leakage last june o6 exam realized that they didnt do any1 a favor with giving out leakages- only sufferings... Please pray for the June 06 retakers... we are victims!!! may justice be given to us...may justice be served to those who have caused all this...

with this ANA resolution, I am now planning to take the June 07 exam, the entire exam... But with this decision of the DOLE to just conduct retake for 3 and 5.. Does this mean our only option to have the whole exam be taken is to voluntarily revoke our license? can any1 enlighten me on how to have it done? ( revoking my license for a new licensure exam) Help pls.....

Anyone here who had voluntarily revoked his/her june 2006 license to be able to take previous December 06 board... Planning to take the June 07 board exam,the whole entire exam.. But with the delayed response of the government, and with the stubborn stand of DOLE of " retake of test 3 and 5", i think my only option is to have my license revoke and sit for a new exam..... What implications would it bring.. enlighten me pls....

do you happen to know any review center that offers weekend scheds? help pls...

Good day!! Im at a lost with my nclex application... Is it correct dat my request for transcipt form upon completion of data by my school, should be send to the BON by my school and not by me? regarding mode of payment..can I use my aunt's US check or her credit card to pay for the application fee? do i need to wait till my school is done with my request for transcript form before I send my application form? Help me pls!!!!

good day!!! I passed the June 2006 board exam, Im planning to take NCLEX, I already have a thumbprint card and application form. Im quite confused with regards to the social security number... I dont have SSS yet, do I need to have one or could I just leave the space on my application form blank? Pls help me...
