Hi everyone! As the early and regular decision deadlines for the Hopkins accelerated programs approach, I thought I would start a new thread for this year. It seems like it's been a pretty useful source of support for prior applicants during this grueling process :)
Hi All! I'm new to the chain but will be joining those accepted to the JHU May 14 ABSN program..in just several weeks now! Congrats to all! I am very, very excited but a little nervous to get started! I was actually accepted last year for the fall program but deferred because they offered me a scholarship. Is anyone going to the accepted students day? I can't make it on Friday because of work but will be attending the April 18 one. Also, is there a facebook group? I didn't see one last time I looked... Excited to meet everyone!
Hi Claire! I live in San Diego and have been accepted to the May 2014 start. Would you want to grab a cup of coffee or something? Let me know and I can shoot you my contact info!Hey guys! So I know this is for the Summer entry BSN/MSN, but there doesn't seem to be a thread for the Fall entry ABSN (well, I made one but nobody else has answered). Anyway, I just got accepted to the Fall ABSN (not the BSN/MSN), with a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer scholarship! Very exciting. Hope to see some of you there, even though you'll have already started.
Hello Kateykate,
I did not find the FB group name. Perchance do you know the name of the group?
It seems that the photos sent to me by the company that took pictures at Accepted Student Day did not come through. Hence, I am trying to connect with anyone who received their photos, or might know the name of the photography company.
Hello melios3273,
It appears that we will be in the same cohort. Congratulations!!
I am looking forward to meeting you and the rest.

In my academic career I have never been treat as well as I have by the admission staff at Johns Hopkins.
Moreover, it appears that Johns Hopkins is not only the highest ranking nursing school in the country, but also provides students with opportunities for world class professional development.
During my recent visit I found Baltimore to be a culturally diverse, and friendly city. Museums, parks and historical landmarks are plentiful.
Best of luck making your selection as Columbia is another unparalleled institution.

Yeah! Let me know! When are you heading over there?
Hi Claire,
My email is [email protected]. I am free this week and then heading to Colorado for a week. Are you going to the accepted students day? Anyways, shoot me an email and we can chat more!
