Hi everyone! As the early and regular decision deadlines for the Hopkins accelerated programs approach, I thought I would start a new thread for this year. It seems like it's been a pretty useful source of support for prior applicants during this grueling process :)

Hi everyone. I'm applying for the ABSN Fall 2014 early decision. Submitted my application but waiting on one recommendation and a few of my college transcripts. :-)

Are you all applying for the BSN/MSN together or just the ABSN?

Marie, I know how to check on the status of my recommendations, but how were you able to see if your transcripts were received?

Susifen, are you early or regular decision?

On my status it shows my application status, application fee, recommendations, transcripts, Test scores(if applicable). It says received(Official) next to each of my schools attended.

Are you early decision for the fall ABSN?

Hmm. That's strange. When I sign onto the applyyourself site, it shows me only my application status and recommendations. There's also a button to click to print the receipt for my online payment, but no reference to transcripts or test scores. I guess I'll give them a call tomorrow to check on that. I applied early decision for summer ABSN. When did you submit your electronic application?

That does sound strange - I think I submitted my application almost exactly mid October - but my transcripts and recommendations took longer to get there. When did you submit yours?

Thanks Marie. I submitted my application on November 1st. I spoke to someone at the admissions office today and he said that the site should be updated to reflect the status of the documents soon. He also said that they will be sending out status of application emails next week to let people know what (if anything) is missing from their application.

Hey guys!

I'm Jessie, I applied early decision ABSN for Fall 2014 :) I am so anxious to hear back and so excited for the opportunity to possibly attend the top program in the country. My best friend is in the program right now and she loves it. She said she heard back Dec 12 when she applied early decision- I don't know if I can wait that long! Haha

Have other people already been scheduled for interviews? It seems that the interview time periods were pretty varied in years past. One of my colleges lost my transcript request and it won't be there until this week, so I'm a little nervous about whether they will allow me to interview in time for early decision.
