What are your favorite job search sites for nursing? I usually use indeed but I feel like lately I just see the same postings over and over.

Specializes in OR, Nursing Professional Development.

Individual facility websites tend to be the most updated.

My specialty organization's job postings are all within my specialty, so there's that perk of using them.

Specializes in BMT.

Indeed, LinkedIn, and websites of the individual organizations I am interested in. I also agree to the specialty organization but I didn’t find that it worked well for new grad positions.

I would google a list of medical centers in a place/city that you want to spend the rest of your life there. Then apply for the position directly from their websites. I hope this will help. I did it before. It worked for me.

But I used Indeed to locate my next job in Houston, Texas, the medical center already hired me.

I've always had success getting hired from indeed.

Specializes in LTC & Rehab Supervision.

What I usually did was apply through Indeed, or go to the website through Indeed and apply.

Specializes in Med-Surg, Geriatrics, Wound Care.

The last 2 jobs I got were from browsing my spam filter in my e-mail about local hospital open-houses. ? I may browse the various job searches, but after seeing "available" postings, I go find them through the hospitals site.

Specializes in EMS, ED, Trauma, CEN, CPEN, TCRN.

Indeed and the actual hospital/company careers site.
